Manager: Alexa Whittington
Talent / Development
Alexa Whittington has over 12+ years experience in talent and entertainment-related businesses. As a Talent Manager at M88 (a subsidiary of MACRO), Alexa leveraged her knowledge in the crossover space to build three sixty businesses for multi-hyphenates. Alexa was previously the Director of Entertainment Relations at The Network Advisory. At TNA, Alexa advised brands, produced and packaged TV projects, helped to create and launch Vocal Podcast Network and Queens Gaming Collective which was recently sold to XSET. Before TNA, Alexa was an event producer at Brilliant Consulting handling sponsorship procurement, management, and activations as well as celebrity recruiting, booking, and brand strategy. While working in talent management and publicity, Alexa worked with A-list clients such as Zac Efron, LL Cool J, and Julianne Hough. She also assisted director D.J. Caruso on the Vin Diesel international action film, xXx: Return of Xander Cage for Paramount Studios. Alexa continued in production and creative development working at Black Bicycle Entertainment. BBE focuses on financing female-driven content and supporting female filmmakers which produced projects starring Reese Witherspoon, Jessica Chastain, Whitney Cummings and more. Alexa has advised several music artists on TV/Film crossover and syncing opportunities. Utilizing her extensive network, she has also consulted for various startups during their capital raise while completing investor outreach. Alexa is proud to have been a producer on the feature film “Initiation” that was selected to premiere at the 2020 SXSW Film Festival and received distribution from Saban Films.

Producer: Stephen Mastrocola
Executive Producer • Buffalo 8 / BondIt
After attending film school at Chapman University, Stephen began his career in entertainment working on the Entourage movie and HBO’s Ballers.
After several years working as a screenwriter, selling projects to Blackpills and Fullscreen, and others through his reps at ICM Partners and Writ Large, Stephen pivoted to producing and co-founded Static Films in 2021. Independently producing five features and several shorts in their first two years alone, working with such talents as Hamish Linklater (The Big Short), John Carrol Lynch (Fargo), Chandler Riggs (The Walking Dead), Harvey Guillén (What We Do in the Shadows) and most recently, Michael Madsen (Reservoir Dogs), Rob Morrow (Northern Exposure), and Zachary Gordon (Diary of a Wimpy Kid).
His physical production experience led him to take a position as an Executive Producer at Buffalo 8 & Bondit Media Capital in 2023, managing their slate of independent projects to provide guidance and support on finance, physical production, and sales to independent filmmakers. His most recent film as an Executive Producer, Dog Years, starring Leah Lewis and Xolo Maridenuá completed principal photography in April 2025 and is set for release in Spring of 2026.

Manager: Chris Bellant
Manager / Producer • Vision Entertainment
Chris Bellant is a manager and producer at Vision Entertainment, working across talent, literary and production. Bellant was previously a manager at Zero Gravity Management and Established Artists. Before that, he ran the production/management company Waldorf Entertainment. His clients have sold projects to companies including Netflix, Universal, Warner Bros, Lionsgate, Sony and many others. He most recently produced the feature film Neighborhood Watch starring Jack Quaid, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Malin Akerman. It was released in theaters on April 25, 2025. He's also developing a series adaptation of Sara Foster's novel The Hush alongside producer Clark Peterson (Monster, Rampart). He previously produced films including Loserville, which was released theatrically by Mar Vista Entertainment and starred Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Matt McGorry and Darby Stanchfield, The Lost Weekend with Tony-winner Reed Birney and Gracie Gillam, Light with Will Pullen (winner of Best LGBTQ Film at the Venice Film Awards), and Living with the Dead (winner of Best Feature at the Aberdeen Film Festival).

For television, his credits include Nuts & Bolts with Tyler the Creator (Viceland) and Disney Quizney (Disney Channel). He has also created content with Tyler the Creator, the Kardashian/Jenners, Zendaya, Lindsey Vonn, and the NFLPA, and for brands such as Mattel, Rolls Royce, Pepsi, Adidas, Facebook, and World Surf League. -

Hailing from the Midwest, Halle graduated from Columbia College Chicago in film business before moving out to LA. Previously, she worked in film sales for Shoreline Entertainment and Preferred Content. Halle is also an Agent at IAG, currently working in the Scripted Literary Department. As an honoree of Colour Associates 2019 Next Up List, Halle was also a part of Women Wednesday’s BIPOC Mentorship Program Committee, #Startwith8 Mentorship Program, HRTSA Board Member, and was on the Diverse Representation: 10 to Watch in 2023.

Can someone else represent me or my project at the event?
No. You must pitch your own project — one that you have the rights to.
What is the schedule like?
Email your top three choices from our list of 7 pros to hugh@pitchcircuit.company, along with your name. We’ll try to match you with at least two. You’ll then receive a time slot to come in for your 5-minute face-to-face pitch.
We’re a writing team. Do we both need tickets?
Yes. Each team member must purchase their own ticket — and you’ll get double the number of pitch meetings.
What material should I bring?
Synopses are allowed but not encouraged. Focus on the strength of your first ten pages. If you share a trailer or proof-of-concept, keep it concise and directly relevant.
Should I contact companies before the event?
No — meet them in the room. That’s why they’re attending.
How do I follow up?
Send a thoughtful thank-you note. Only call if a rep specifically asks you to send materials.
Can I pitch different projects to different reps?
Absolutely — tailor to each rep.
Are companies looking for features or TV?
Both — plus books, shorts, true stories, and web series that can be adapted.
